Kathmandu, 12th Aug: Vehicles belonging to Kapil Sharma, Salman Khan and Arjun Kapoor feature on the list of offenders who have not paid the traffic fines despite being issued e-challans, according to a report. While comedian Kapil Sharma’s car is in his own name, the vehicle is registered in the name of Salman’s brother Arbaaz Khan’s film production company (Arbaaz Khan Production Pvt Ltd).
