Dang region has recorded no less than 5,657 waterfall patients, as per an investigation by Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, Rapti.
Rapti Eye Hospital has propelled a task in participation with nearby levels to wipe out the sickness by 2020.
Under the task, a scan will be propelled for waterfall patients and a free medical procedure will be led on them, said senior regulatory officer at the clinic Shamsher Thapa. It requires at any rate Rs 8,000 to direct a medical procedure on a waterfall patient, and 60 percent of the cost will be borne by nearby levels and 40 percent by the doctor's facility.
