Bhakti Thapa's bust revealed A bust of Sardar Bhakti Thapa has been revealed at the place where he grew up of Dagaibainsi of Marsyangdi provincial district – 3. Area no 4 Minister for Tourism, Forest and Environment, Bikash Lamsal, revealed the statue in the midst of a capacity hung on Saturday. On the event, Minister Lamsal said it was pitiful that Bhakti Thapa couldn't be announced a national symbol in acknowledgment of his commitment. Lamsal noticed that it was important to respect the high commitment made by an awesome warrior, for example, Thapa. He added that it was because of such warriors that Nepali individuals' (Gorkhali) stature stayed high on the planet. Thapa, who was conceived in 1802 BS in Dagaibainsi, battled with the Gorhali Army in 1839 as an officer of the Lamjung Army. After the thrashing of the Lamjung Army, he joined the Nepali Army and contributed in the unification of Nepal.
